INDEPENDENT GYM PROGRAM 

If you are a currently a patient at Healy Physical Therapy, you have the option upon discharge to participate in our Independent Gym Program.  This means you would pay a nominal fee of $40 a month, which would allow you to use all of the equipment in our gym any time during the clinic’s operational hours.

In order to participate, you will need to advise your primary physical therapist that you are interested in the program 1 to 2 weeks prior to your discharge.  During this time, your physical therapist will determine if you are appropriate for the Independent Gym Program.  If you are considered appropriate, they will use your remaining appointments prior to discharge to develop an individualized exercise program which will address your specific goals and needs.  Upon discharge, you will be given an exercise flow sheet with your specific exercises which you can follow each time you use our facility.
